StockSaga offers a fantasy trading game (“StockSaga”) (referred to as “We” or “US” or “Ours” as the context requires and for the purpose of this policy wherever the context so requires “You”, “Your”, “Yourself”, “Their” or “User” shall mean any person who access or uses the platform) owns and operates by StockSaga Where users can buy/sell stocks of sports players using virtual currency through a portal called ‘ StockSaga’ which shall be made available as a website and/ or application.

By accessing or using the platform (which includes our website, stores, apps, digital content etc.), you agree, acknowledge and grant your consent for the collection, use, storage and transfer of your information in terms of this privacy policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy.

User’s personal data includes the following types of personal data or information: Sensitive Personal Data: such as User Account password and financial information such as bank account number, bank name, bank branch name and address, IFSC of bank’s branch, name of account holder, credit card, debit card or other payment instrument details.

When you register with StockSaga, We may use your information to provide you with an update for your content so as to provide features which we believe may benefit you. All information gathered on StockSaga is securely stored within the StockSaga-controlled database. The database is stored on servers secured behind a firewall access to such servers being password-protected and strictly limited based on need-to-know basis. However, security is always relative, and StockSaga cannot guarantee that its security measures are absolute and cannot be breached. Thus, we cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and us, at all times. We are not responsible for any third party functionality, privacy or security policies, which you are bound by. If you become aware of or reasonably suspect any breach of security, including compromise of your login information, it is your responsibility to immediately notify StockSaga. We will endeavour to block your account or provide restricted access upon being informed of such an event in order to protect your identity and information. However, we shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use/ access to your account or disclosure of any personal information by virtue of such an event. Please also note that any personal information you submit on third parties platforms such as reviews, comments or content can be read, collected, or used by other users. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit on the Platform or if you receive any unsolicited communication due to such information provided by you.

When you delete your account, your profile, portfolio, comments, transactions will be permanently removed.

From there can request for account deletion, after successfully receiving your request our account management team will verify the request and proceed to account deletion request. Usually it will take 10-15 days. You will be notified once the process is completed.

We use third-party advertisers to serve ads when you visit our websites. The Platform may contain links to other websites or applications. Such websites/applications are governed by their own privacy policies and StockSaga does not exercise any regulations over them. You are liable to read and understand the privacy policy of such websites/applications when you follow a link outside the Platform. Several deceptive emails, websites, blogs etc. claiming to be from or associated with StockSaga may or are circulating on the Internet. These emails, websites, blogs etc. often include our logo, photos, links, content or other information from any of StockSaga. Some emails, websites, blogs etc. call the user to provide login name, password etc. or that the user has won a prize/ gift or provide a method to commit an illegal/ unauthorised act or deed or request detailed personal information or a payment of some kind. The sources and contents of these emails, websites, blogs etc. and accompanying materials are in no way associated with the StockSaga. For your own protection, we strongly recommend not responding to emails or using websites, blogs etc. StockSaga has a policy of not sharing any personal identifiable information with anyone other than entities specifically authorized by StockSaga, which may include advertisers, vendors, service providers and sponsors of StockSaga.

We reserve the right to use and disclose the collected, non-personal data for purposes of advertising by us or our partners and contractors. We may employ third parties for ad serving technologies who may use certain methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through Services. We and these entities may use various identifiers to collect information about your use of the App, including but not limited to your IP address, MAC address, device identifiers, software and hardware information, time zone and usage information. This information may be used by us and others to, among other things, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver contextual advertising and content and better understand your activity on the App. Third-party ad serving technologies are integrated into the App, so if you do not want to be subject to these technologies, please do not use or access the App.
